Interested to visit this city? here some tips and trick for you who holds Indonesian Passport and planning to go there:

1. Preparing the Visa
a bit afraid after reading some experiences when some people couldn't enter the country without Serbian Visa, i asked the Embassy of Serbia about the procedure to enter the country with Schengen Visa. Luckily, we can enter this country with Schengen Visa with two condition: it has to be Multiple Visit Schengen Visa, and you have to arrived and go through the immigration process in one of Schengen Country before flying to Serbia. 

IMPORTANT! you couldn't go directly to Serbia OR transit in one of Schengen country without going through their immigration process. That's why you have to hold a multiple visit schengen visa.

or else, you can just apply for Serbian Visa only :)

2. Language
it's pretty hard to speak using foreign language (read: english) with elderly, but the youth could speak english fluently.

3. Culture
Speaking of the culture, since this country has a pretty chaotic past due to war, all i can think is they're having a cold gesture and a pretty scary appearance. Well, apparently i shouldn't overthink. The people are very nice (both the look and the gesture), and they're having a nice building everywhere where they leave the exterior architecture as it is (after the bombing), where they re-make the interior as modern as i saw in another big city!

Well, that's a little bit of my experience i could share about preparation going to Serbia. Will share the details in another post. Stay tune!

Too bad i arrived two hours before they closed, so the hot kitchen closed already. But lucky me, i still can taste their coffee and delicious cruffin. YUM!

this is my first time being here, so i asked the waitress which coffee will suit me when i like coffee with milk and not-too-strong shot due to my acute gastritis.

She suggests a latte with God-only-knows-what-she-said-about-the-arabica-robusta-mixing haha. but i agreed right away. it's summer and i want to sip my coffee!

while she get me the latte, i move my ass to the counter and take a look at their cakes. Me and Rico got ourselves a cake, a Chocolate and Macadamia Cruffin for me, and i think it's a Walnut Tart for Rico.



and the first bite says enough about the cruffin. What a delish one! they've got a hidden coconut inside, so it feels like a twist hihi.

The walnut tart also taste good :D #nomnom

and the coffee finally arrived. Here's the moment of truth... *drumrolls*


i don't know if it's because of those arabica-robusta mix the waitress said earlier or i was just too tired and dehydrated, but the coffee tastes incredibly good! It doesn't have something special that you should look for, but by sipping their coffee, i know why they called themselves as a family. There's a thing that makes this coffee tastes like a home-made coffee with all the feelings in it.

and another thing that makes me happy:

the whole street in front of this cafe was so instagrammable! *wink*
